Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Because all of our products are made to order, we accept returns or replacements only for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. Please review our return policy below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The product arrived damaged or misprinted

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was lost in transit and not delivered

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to size guides before ordering)

  • Delayed delivery due to carrier issues

How to Request a Return or Replacement

If your order qualifies for a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@allthingsbigbend.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Wrong Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
